The unique veranda restaurant „IN THE FRESH AIR“ occupies the top floor of the tower "OKO" in Moscow-City, the tallest residential skyscraper in Russia and Europe. Artem Mukhin, a young talented chef from Nizhny Novgorod, finalist of the Russian stage S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2018 and vice-champion of the “Silver Triangle” masterminds the kitchen.
The cuisine of IN THE FRESH AIR cannot be defined from any particular country, as it spans across many borders from Russia to Europe with emphasis on grill and furnaces.
