At Brestskaya Ulitsa, a new pop-up restaurant and bar project Pink Summer has opened doors for the warm summer months.
Located at the summer terrace of restaurant „Prostyye Veshchi New Vintage“, Pink Summer is bordered with bushes and flowers and offers a tranquil al fresco escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Alexey Ayzen is responsible for the menu and draw on the best ingredients from sustainable, local sources to provide you with a menu that is succulently seasonal.

It’s easy to see why: there’s a style for all palates, though it mostly leans toward dry with citrusy, flowery notes, and the blush-colored wine is fun to drink.
