TRENDY CUISINE AND PARTY ON THE WEEKENDS

The modern restaurant Sapiens Kitchen & Bar close to TSUM is the new project of Ekaterina Krymskaya, Yegor Tokunov and Artem Dubin.

 

 

 

 

Brand manager Aleksey Berzin (Erwin, Geraldine, Simple Wine & Bar) and head chef Dmitry Gudkov (Aist, Cook'kareku, Lambic) serving innovative and trendy cuisine with Asian accents. 

The menu in Sapiens proved to be small, but their impulsive and daring creations convince.

- Salmon "High-ku" with rice quanta, citrus oil and fennel salad (750 rubles)​

- Vegetarian poke with Maghreb wheat and mushroom fricassee (390 rubles)

- Salmon ceviche with papaya and horseradish mousse (590 rubles)

- Dorado with potato stew and unagi sauce (850 rubles)

 

 

 

 

 

Restaurant, bar and living room of the party people - the new Sapiens Kitchen & Bar has many facets, depending on the time of day.

But one thing always stays the same: Here, enjoyment is celebrated and partying is enjoyed.

Fridays and Saturdays are open until the early hours of the morning.
