It’s all about cheese!
Arkady Novikov’s Syrovarnya (Cheese Factory) is not just a restaurant, but a whole world.
It is dedicated to celebrating the best of cheese and it’s the biggest and one of the only fully cheese-focused restaurant in Moscow.
And with his newest two-story restaurant on the DEPO territory (DEPO is today the largest gastronomic project in Europe), a true paradise for cheese lovers appeared.
Here you can simply book a table and enjoy your favorite dishes, or you can expand your knowledge of cheese and the latest gastronomic trends, participate in exciting workshops, meet the chefs and make new friends.
All their dishes are freshly made with locally sourced ingredients and most contains at least one of their favourite cheeses.
The basis of the menu, on which the brand cook Sergey Nosov has worked, consists of simple delicious dishes in the Italian and rural style, in which the local cheese - Ricotta, burrata, mozzarella and others - take the main place properly.
According to the concept, all types of cheeses can be purchased as well as seasonal vegetables, fruits, bread, local pastries and homemade pasta to take away.
The new Syrovarnya differs a little bit in its original structure from other facilities of the network.
The space of this restaurant is designed for 160 seats in a modern, design-conscious setting and extends over two floors.
On the first floor is also a spacious summer terrace, which is open in the warm season.
