Restaurant Sakhalin from the White Rabbit Family is the newest project of restaurateur Boris Zarkov and brand-chef Vladimir Mukhin.
Perched at 88 meters above the ground of AZIMUT Hotel Smolenskaya, restaurant Sakhalin showcases sustainable seafood from the Far East of Russia's waters, paired with the best seasonal and local produce.
Picture-perfect plates with the very best of seafood, an extensive wine lists and with stunning views of the Stalin skyscrapers, the Garden Ring, Moscow city and the Kremlin, have established Sakhalin within the shortest time as a destination for savvy Moscow diners.
Using passion and precision, the chefs at Sakhalin meticulously curate each dish to celebrate the taste and textures of the ingredients, using a variation of flavouring, seasoning and techniques formed the basis of a new style of Mediterranean cuisine.
To complement the Sommelier has compiled an extensive wine list of bottles from both the new and old world.

Highlights include a splendid Bluefin tuna tartare topped with guacamole and celery (840 rubles), tender grilled octopus with chimichurri sauce (920 rubles), or the „Plateau Bourgeois“ for two with 6 Akke oysters, 2 crab phalanx and 6 sakhalin shrimps (5600 rubles).
