The new bar and bistro Rick's has a comfortable, unhurried and sophisticated atmosphere.

 

 

It is the ideal place to relax over a cocktail or coffee with friends and has the added advantage of a bistro menu created by Marco Ferreyra.

Marco Ferreyra, graduate of the famous Le Cordon Bleu cook institute and former chef of restaurant Calicano at Patriarch Pond, delights the palate of the guests with Mediterranean crossover treats.

 

 

Crab bruschetta with avocado, basil, pickled onion/chili and citrus aioli (690 rubles), cod fish taco cabbage with serrano aioli and pickled onion (480 rubles), roasted chicken, creamed cabbage, apple butter with chicken jus and rosemary (720 rubles) or fudge brownie with toasted hazelnuts, vanilla bean ice cream and salted caramel (350 rubles), everything is prepared with skill and finished with a refined combination of spices!

 

The menu is a harmonious combination of different cultures and respect for the natural taste of the ingredients.
