Japan is just a few steps away from you
Lucky Izakaya Bar is the modern inspiration of a small traditional Japanese restaurant and means something like "Sake-restaurant to sit down".
By the way Lucky Izakaya Bar offers 14 types of sake.
The inspiration for this draws Glen Ballis and his chef Andrey Krasov, especially from the taste worlds of Japan and Southeast Asia.
And what is being prepared under the motto in the open kitchen of the restaurant and on the traditional Japanese robata grill, ranks at a high level.
The robata grilled chicken cutlet shoyu, served with egg yolk (490 rubles) was not only visually but also big in taste. A perfect twist of modern interpretation, traditional dishes and sophisticated taste combinations invariably went through all the other courses.
For example, the grilled miso eggplant with wasabi kefir dressing (690 rubles) provided at least as much excitement as the beef tongue carpaccio with mustard dressing (590 rubles). The dessert variations made for a sugar shock in the most positive sense.
Everyone has a clear view of the artists in the kitchen, who create delicacies from Asia with swift, experienced and at the same time artistic hand and knife movements.
Lucky Izakaya Bar is culinary worth the journey to Bol'shaya Nikitskaya.
