Sample the flavours of Mediterrenian cuisine and enjoy the new six carefully compiled tasting courses of the inspired Michelin star menu from Adrian’s restaurant of the same name Adrián Quetglas in Mallorca, which was awarded with a star in the 2017 Michelin Guide.

Creamy rice with chocolate "Okumare", duck and air from eucalyptus (The duck in this dish is presented as a rather rare offal, duck tongues, duck skin chips and smoked duck slices), tartar from root vegetables, marinated in a tropical style with a mousse of seafood and shrimps and the dessert "Martina" named after his wife - fragrant apples in combination with poppy seeds with sweet milk espuma are three of the six dishes from the new taste menu which is available for 3700 rubles.
