The new restaurant Na Volne has opened on the place of the popular club Soho Rooms, a former emblem of Moscow's nightlife.
The team of Soho Rooms has decided to change the format closer to a spirit of the age with emphasis on gastronomy and less party.
Suspended between East and West, restaurant Na Volne welcomes you into its elegant and art deco setting with Chinese porcelain, expensive carpets, mirrors and multi-colored peonies on one of the walls, for a fantastic evening spent on its three floors and with an open-air terrace.
Dinner at Na Volne is a journey for the senses.
Delve into a culinary experience with flavors that whisk you away, where the fragrances of China, Japan, Thailand and South-East Asia mingle indulgently with the tastes of the West. To each dish its magic. To each forkful its surprises.
Heading up the team, Chef Evgeny Cherednichenko invents and innovates, moving easily between bursts of flavors and freshest quality.
The emphasis is placed on fish and seafood.
As a tribute to the Soho Classics, about 10 dishes which were loved by most of all guests can be found on the menu.
