Probably the most innovative gastronomic place of this year opened doors on November 10th – Twins Garden.
At Ivan and Sergey Berezutskiy’s restaurant Twins Garden you can now enjoy „Russian“ food at a new level with handpicked healthy, fresh farm produce, artisan treats with a burst of flavors.
Simplicity is beauty.
As chefs, they draw from a lifelong curiosity about individual ingredients combined with extensive training in the art of finding food’s true essence and flavor.
The brothers have worked in some of the world’s finest kitchens and their restaurant Twins ended up on the 92nd place at the World’s Top 100 ranking.
At Twins Garden they care deeply about making a handcrafted, unforgettable and delicious food, serving best quality products with pride and passion.
They chop, cook and bake everything themselves, sharing a Farm-to-Table approach with everyone!
The Berezutskiy brothers always make sure, that their food is wholesome and made from the best quality ingredients.
70% of the products come from their own 50 acres farm in Kaluga, two hours from Russia’s capital, which has given them access to fresher ingredients than ever before.
Vegetables taste of the ground they were grown in, egg yolks are as rich in colour as the lives of the hens that laid them, and the fruit is so naturally sweet that you forget ice cream ever existed.
The idea for Twins Garden is, to ultimately become completely self-sufficient.
The brothers make their own food and don’t just assemble.
This place also scores with the the largest wine cellar in Russia.
At the moment it includes already more than 1000 labels, from popular democratic wines to the rare and exclusive positions which are carefully selected by experts of the restaurant.
The collection is dynamic and will be regularly replenished so 1000 is only the beginning.
