Nofar which means Lotus, is the first joint project of Arkady Novikov and Uilliam Lamberti and is a modern Moroccan restaurant situated in the territory of the Badayevsky plant.

 

 

Nofar combines the vibrant flavours of authentic Moroccan cuisine, with modern culinary techniques and European influences, in a relaxed vibrant atmosphere.

 

 

Aside from the beautiful and comfortably decorated interior you can dive into the world of Moroccan cuisine, their specialties will delight all your senses.

 

There are several different tangine selections on the menu such as rabbit with dried fruits and spices "Races - ale - is hanut" 900 rubles, baked lamb (halal) and thyme 2100 rubles, mouthwatering Babaganush, a Moroccan baked eggplant with pine nuts for 300 rubles and a selection of appetizers, ordered a la carte.

Included in the wine list, is a diverse selection of Moroccan varieties, which delightfully accompany the menu.
