Crayfish in the city
In the historic center of Moscow, Rakovaya opened doors beginning of this year, bringing a dynamic food, drink and leisure offering to their guests.
As an inspiration of Rakovaya were the culinary traditions of the southern regions of Russia, where caryfish are considered delicacies.
Thus, they became one of the most important component on the menu.
Crayfish is fresh, healthy, high in protein and most importantly delicious!
Anton Shirokov, the young ambitious chef is responsible for kitchen and has reworked the traditional Russian recipes with modern and mainly local products, considering present tastes.
At Rakovaya on Tishinka it is possible to try this river delicacy indifferent styles such as the spicy way with Ajika, a Georgian hot, spicy but subtly flavored relish, in beer, classic and many more.
The portion of 1 kilogram costs around 2200 rubles. (Price can change)
Besides crayfish, the menu offers some other highlights such as the juicy marbled beef burger with prunes sauce or the Black Sea mussels for around 980 rubles the kilogram.
The menu also contains 122 different types of beer from Europe and Russia.
