In February, the new two-storeyed restaurant  of Maison Dellos, Matryoshka opened doors on Kutuzovsky Prospekt.



The main emphasis in the menu is placed on the best products from all corners of Russia.

From the Golden crucian carp from Yakutia, the Gdov pike perches from the Pskov region and the Sea hedgehog from Kamchatka to hazelnut from Kaluga, cloudberries from Karelia and the Bashkir honey.

Vlad Piskunov is responsible for the selection of exclusive and unique products and the creation of exquisite dishes.


The menu includes dishes such as fish pie in smoked cream sauce 780 rubles or the Lindovsky goose for two 3500 rubles.




Apart from the food and the friendly service, Matrjoshka offers an award winning mixologist, Denis Kryazhev, one of the best mixologist of Russia and winner of Diageo Reserve World Class 2012 and bartender of 2013 according to the GQ Magazine.

He serves for example Bloody Mary with molecular celery foam.


The design of this place is a combination of modern trends, elements of old times and industrial motives which harmonize perfectly together.
