What happens when you eat superfoods out of a bowl?
They become Super Bowls!
Very tasty, nutrient-packed and healthy, super bowl meals that can be enjoyed any time of day.
Most of the time I throw ingedients in my superfood bowls that are ingredients that I have in my fridge that need to be used such as veggies, cooked quinoa, joghurt etc.).
It’s so easy to turn left-overs into a whole new superfood meal.
You can throw everything in a bowl and boom, you’ve got yourself a healthy powerful breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Here comes the vegan Dragonfruit bowl recipe:

3 frozen bananas
1/2 cup plant based milk (soy, almond or rice milk)
1 tbsp marple syrup or agave honey
Process in a food processor or high speed blender until creamy.
Topped with sliced apple, kiwi, banana, granola & coconut.
Enjoy your super bowl!
