Back from my great trip to Asia, I would love to share my culinary highlights with you.

Today on the menu, Singapore and the legendary Raffles Brunch!

If you ever have the chance to visit Singapore, I really can highly recommend the Sunday Brunch at the Raffles Hotel!!!

An amazing culinary journey and I promiss, you will not regret it!!!

Raffles Singapore is not just a hotel, but an icon of colonial style and the brunch is legendary!

The brunch starts at 158 Singapore dollars per person, including a special selection menu of red and white wine, chosen by Raffles sommelier to pair with the extensive and delicious international menu that brings together some of the finest dishes from around the world including for example Foie Gras, four types of Oyster, Lobster, homemade pasta, French cheeses with homemade bread and a big selection of desserts and much more.

Also included are beer, Singapore Slings, Gin & Tonic’s, Bloody Mary’s, soft drinks and juices.

A inclusive champagne menu is launching at 198 S. dollar per person, serving Champagne Billecart Salmon Brut and for 218 S. dollar serving Champagne Billecart Salmon Brut Rosé complimentary flow.

Raffles Sunday Brunch is served from 11.30am to 3pm at Bar & Billiard Room.
