A culinary highlight at Moscow’s gastronomic sky
Sometimes you discover the best places when you least expect it!
Fahrenheit turned out to be a culinary highlight.
Chef Anton Kovalkov worked with some of the best restaurants in the world such as Alinea Chicago, 3 Michelin stars or Eleven Madison Park New York, 3 Michelin stars and many other.
Kovalkov created a new Russian cuisine and only uses the best of local and seasonal products.
The food was delicious, with an extremly good quality for good prices!
From start to finish the chefs come up with the best twist and flavours to the table.
I started with a tuna tartar fast-food style (Blue fin tuna, kimchi cucumber, avocado salsa, citrus meringue, coleslaw daikon) for 740Rub, then the main, veal cheeks blanquette (Seasonal vegetable ragout, madeira sauce, truffle cream) 740Rub just perfect and a taste experience!
The espresso with cotton candy the perfect finish.
The menu offers a varity of dishes, so I’m pretty sure you won’t leave hungry.
Apart from the food and the friendly and good english speaking service, Fahrenheit offers an award winning mixologist, Denis Kryazhev, who serves for example Bloody Mary with molecular celery foam.
The restaurant is smartly decorated with modern furnitures in a classic loft-style, that gives the place a trendy atmosphere.
I can say this place is culinary highlight at Moscow’s gastronomic sky!
