Alice In Food Wonderland
Today I would like to introduce you one of Moscow's best restaurants, the Wihte Rabbit.
The restaurant was named in the new "50 Worlds Best Restautants" ranking.
Chef Vladimir Mukhin came in last year 23rd on the list and was also named as the highest ranked new entry and this year he is listed as number 18 of "Worlds Best Restaurants"!!!
The ambiance and the interior of the Alice in Wonderland themed restaurant on the 16th floor of the Smolensky Passage could have been taken of the same titel fairy tale.
The stylish paintings of rabbits, the ornamental furniture and the amazing 360 degree view of the city centre confer that certain something.
The only little hassle is, you have to change elevators to get to the restaurant, but the food and the location compensates all.
Mukhin’s philosophy is to combine Russian cuisine with global food trends by using contemporary techniques and international ingredients.
The restaurant offers a large menue selection by always using fresh sesonal produce.
The service of White Rabbit is excellent and very attentively, with many helpful references when selecting dishes.
Last time I went for the warm chanterelles salad with quinoa and the crab raviolis.
I felt like Alice in Food Wonderland.
When it comes to wines, the list is quite varied and the prices are lower than you would expect.
The White Rabbit is not a low priced restaurant, but for a venue like this, I expected it to be more expensive.
If you like unique food adventures and extraodinary design, you have to try the White Rabbit!
