Many smoothies include lots of fruits and vegetables which are suggested in a healthy diet.
We'd like to show you four simple, delicious and healthy smoothie recipes that gives you all the power you need and keeps the doctor away!

De-toxic green Smoothie
Large handful of spinach
handful of kale
1/2 cucumber
1 lime squeezed
1 green apple
100ml filtered water
mix everything together and get detox-ic

Berry me-Smoothie
1 banana
1 cup of mixed berries (can be frozen)
3 Madjool dates
150ml almond milk
mix everything together and garnish wish some goji berries

Avocado-Apple-Smoothie
1/2 small lemon squeezed
1/2 ripe avocados
1 ripe kiwi
50 ml unfiltered apple juice
and some ice cubes
mix everything together and enjoy the fresh taste!

Refresher Smoothie
1 cucumber
1 medium mango
mint leaves as many you like
1/2 lime squeezed
mix everything together and refresh!
