LIFESTYLE - THE POWER OF NUT MILKS

November 5, 2015

THE NUT MAKES IT!

We eat dairy products on a daily basis and they seem especially indispensable at breakfast, when we have our coffee and muesli with milk or a yoghurt with fruits.

But more and more people suffer from lactose intolerance.

This condition is currently at the top of most food allergy list, that's why a lot of people are giving up dairy products and look for alternatives.

One of these alternatives are nut milks.

Nut milks are nourishing, full of vitamins and simply non-dairy containing milks made out of filtered water and nuts of your choice. If necessary, you can also add flavor. Nut milks are a perfect way to still enjoy milk without the dairy proteins involved. It’s easier on digestion, tastes great, environmentally sustainable, affordable and very easy to make.

I will show you three recipes to inspire you.
